Hr System Administrator
Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is currently looking for a self-driven HR System Administrator to join our growing HR System team.
A day in the life of a HR System Administrator
You must be a reliable and rigorous in your work, responsible for handling multiple duties and confidential information. Good communication skills and enjoy working in a diverse team!
Your day-to-day
- Development and Implementation (Understand requirements and develop solutions to business needs; Implement technical solutions and accompanying processes; Provide training and manage change processes; Ensure employee-focused design for a consistent end-user experience)
- Active Systems Roadmap Development (Play an active role in crafting the systems roadmap; Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and data security policies; Drive continuous improvement in deliveries and team working methods; Facilitate communication with business stakeholders; Act as the interface between the business and providers for troubleshooting technical issues)
- Global System Configuration Management (Oversee global system configuration, including security/access management; Manage release processes for new functionalities; Design and configure workflows; Maintain data models and reference data; Handle reporting and integrations)
- User Support (Support the business in addressing technical questions; Upskill and train the global community of system administrators; Collaborate with local/regional counterparts and/or data stewards for group definition communication; Manage support platforms for end-users and system administrators.
- Management of Data Quality and Consistency (Ensure that system data is fit for purpose; Maintain consistency of data between HR systems.)
Requirement/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of SuccessFactors administrator experience, including expertise in EC, PM, Talent, COMP, and LMS.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ambitious, proactive, team player, methodical, good listener and open-minded towards other cultures and people

- Excellent organisation, communication and ability to work with all levels within the organisation
- Demonstrate pro-activeness, critical thinking, effective time management and active listening skills
