We’re a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index following the June 2020 review. The FTSE4Good Index Series is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance practices.

CDP Climate Ranking
In 2024, Sodexo is the only company in its sector to be A scored in CDP climate ranking and joins the 346 top-rated companies out of 21,000 scored. This recognition acknowledges the progress achieved by Sodexo on its climate ambition, both in performance and transparency.

Sodexo is once again one of the best performing companies for gender equality globally in the 2024 Gender Equality Report & Ranking from Equileap, the leading organization providing data on gender equality and diversity & inclusion in the corporate sector. Sodexo is also part of the top 10 companies in France, which is the highest scoring country for corporate gender equality.
GEEIS certified
The Gender Equality European and International Standard (GEEIS) is an internationally recognized label for companies who demonstrate a strong and effective commitment to achieving gender equality in the workplace. Sodexo has held the GEEIS certification since 2018, and is a member of the Arborus Fondation. In 2022, our certification was renewed achieving top ranking with a level 5/5.
