In Marseille, the Mucem selects Michelin Star chef Alexandre Mazzia and Sodexo Live! to redefine its J4 culinary experience
Building on its three-year commitment in 2021, Sodexo reaffirms its dedication to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and open work environment for all by renewing its endorsement of L'Autre Cercle's LGBT+ Charter, France's leading organization for LGBT+ workplace inclusion.
This signing, which applies to all employees at the global headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux, aligns with the commitment made under the Charter signed in March 2015 for Sodexo's other entities in France. Recently recognized among the top companies for LGBTQI+ inclusion in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark 2024, Sodexo is dedicated to further advancing its efforts in this area. To support this, Sodexo leverages its internal network, Global Pride Panorama, to raise awareness, educate employees, and track both progress and ongoing challenges.
Today, by renewing this commitment, we reaffirm that our dedication is unwavering, and in fact, even stronger. We firmly believe that diversity in all its forms is a tremendous asset and should be celebrated. Everyone deserves to feel respected, valued, and safe to be themselves, regardless of their gender or sexual orientation.
Renewing this commitment underscores that fostering an inclusive environment is both a moral imperative and a critical business necessity. Our success hinges on our ability to embrace our differences and create a space where everyone can thrive, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
